Good Evening All members of Ballistic.

As you can all tell, the absorption of Advocat Ultima members is currently in progress.

So lets give a big welcome to the new members and like everyone else in the guild, please treat do them as their our own and make them feel comfortable.

The past few weeks have been very good for the guild in terms of progression as well as raid attendance and performance.

As I have mentioned in the previous announcement, I am going to have a select team of elite raiders. All members of Ballistic will be given an equal opportunity to become an elite raider. Those who are already of that status will form the core team. Naturally, there are still slots available. So for those who now belong to the raider/trial raider/casual gamer category and you are keen to become part of the core team, do drop me an in game mail so that we know who is keen. As for people who have already done the registry on my calender invite earlier this week, you can just ignore this.

The elite raiders will have priority because these are the people who help the guild progress as well as have shown dedication and support to the guild.

Also, a Roster for core 10 man teams will be setup soon so please remember to check in with the guild webpage to know whose team you are in for 10icc or 10 togc.

Next thing, please do not forget to register at our awesome site which Tarista has put much effort into and do not forget to claim your toons on the roster page.

As for new members, the guild bank is free for use, but do also treat it as your own and give back some from time to time. That would very much be appreciated.

As for our loot system, we use epgp. So please do get the addon so that you can check your epgp standings from time to time. This will help you in determining how you should spend your GP properly for the correct gear. So ladies and gents, please do some research on which gear is best in slot for you rather than just rolling because you want a higher gear score. This goes especially for my elite raider.

The system of EPGP work this way. When you attend a raid, you are awarded effort points. When you win an item, you will be awarded gear points. Effort point divided by your gear points will give you your priority roll. Priority roll will thereby determine, should two people roll on the same loot, the person with the higher priority roll will receive the loot.

As for 10 mans, its purely a /roll system and loot council based on the officers decision. On top of that, please be reminded that EPGP is not used for 10 mans at all.

For the rest of the casual gamers/or raiders who do not get a slot, feel free to pug in guild with elite's alts and officer's alt. However, there will also be no EPGP system on that.

EPGP will therefore work for the core team and raiders who want to be part of the core team.

Apart from that, we're a guild and a team, so lets always be that way. Have fun playing cause thats what we're all here for. =)

Ballistic (カジュアルなギルド)

Content :

- Raiders. High end games. Farming toc25, heroic toc10 4/5.

Players :

- Singapore (Heavy), Malaysia (Heavy), Austrilla (Medium), HongKong (Small), USA (Small)

Raids :

8pm SG/MY, 11pm Realm. Thurs, Fri and Sunday (Other days possible, depending on player support).

Characters :

Mature and proficient players. Some are getting master degree overseas, some are doctors. We strike to excel both in social and in entertainment.

System :

As soon as you join us, you will start as a trial raider. You can immediately raid and roll for loot using the EPGP system. You earn effort points with each raid, and can spend them on loot. However, each week there is a 20% point reduction, meaning the more you save, the more points you lose, so start getting more loots!

On the other hand, if you are not able to raid often, you can request to become a casual gamer in the guild, where you make friends, chit chat around with the friendly people.

On the other hand's other hand, if you have proven your skill, scored many epic high-end gears, have a good raid attendance and well recognized by the members, you will be given an elite raider position. This position has no special benefit, all you get are more wipes to help in guild progression, lol. Elite raiders will be called upon to face the hardest challenges.

Our vision is to make an elite community. Ultimately, it takes 25 ultra strong players to down the hardest raids.
